4th of July Pig Roast

Here are a few pictures from our Fourth of July pig roast in my parents' back yard.  We cooked the pig 4.5 hours in a La Caja Assadora and fed around 35 people. 

As you scroll down the page, you will see Danielle, Manny, and Bekah Parks holding their respectable whitetail from 2012.  I am sorry for the late post, but I could not resist posting pictures of these awesome trophies.  It is great to see Pastor Manny and his daughters building long-lasting memories through hunting experiences.
