Jacob Bass Berry
With the water creeping into the low 50's, Jacob, Jet, and I had a good day on the water. Making long casts into submerged tumble weeds and bushes, we were able to catch several nice fish that were moving into shallow water. Our largest fish was a 4.1lb largemouth Jacob is holding in this first picture. Our day was cut short due to dead trolling motor batteries, but my two boys had a good time.

Sean's Archery Bull Elk
A good friend of mine, Sean O'Reilley, took this bull in NE Arizona this past fall. Sean is a full time dad, NGS employee, little league coach, etc., but he always finds time to chase bulls in September. Sean has taken bulls the past two years in a row. Thanks for sharing Sean!
Old Picture of AZ Archery Bull
I just came across a few pictures of a bull I took this AZ a few years ago. This bull was approximately 5 yards away when I released the arrow....pretty exciting!

Extreme Bulls 6
My friend, Steve Chappell of Chappell Hunting productions, has done it again with an awesome compilation of hunting footage in the development of Extreme Bulls 6. You are probably familiar with Steve’s previous hunting videos, Extreme Bulls 1-5. I watched Extreme Bulls 6 last night and I was very impressed with Steve’s DVD and I strongly recommend this video for your library. The video sells for $14.95 and you can order a copy by going to Steve’s website at http://www.chappellguideservice.com/

Sweet Ride....
I would like to thank all Mr. Grigg and his Auto Collision students (periods 1-3) for doing such a great job on my Chevy S-10. This pickup was once an old, beat-up, maintenance truck and now it is like new on the inside and out! I paid for the parts, paint, etc and an extra 20% for the Auto Collision Club and I am very proud of their work. The Auto Collision program is designed to introduce students to the Auto Collision Industry and help students learn things such as, but not limited to metal straightening, welding, surface prep, refinishing, etc. Although I am happy with the truck, it is much more satisfying for me to see students learn valuable skill sets, work together, and taking pride in their accomplishment. These students have a ton of potential.

An old but good picture...
This is a 170 class ram taken by Kyran Keisling approximately 10 years ago. Kyran is the photography teacher and assistant wrestling coach at Page High School. As a native of Page, AZ, Kyran is an avid outdoorsman and has taken several nice animals. If you are interested in a fishing/photography trip in the Page-Lake Powell area, I would strongly encourage you to book a trip with Kyran at "This and That Guide Service". Visit Kyran's website at http://www.fishingpowell.com/
